Refund policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may simply change your mind. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and we stand behind all of the products that we sell. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can choose between a full refund (minus any shipping charges) or a replacement product.

Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:

• All returns must be sent back within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
• All returns require an authorisation, which can be obtained by emailing us at hello@thegeokid.com or calling us at +612 8860 9598.
• Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorisation.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will arrange your exchange or process your refund within 10 business days. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please keep in mind that certain items, such as personalised or special orders, cannot be returned. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If you have selected to receive a refund, we will process it within 10 business days, likely sooner. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thegeokid.com .

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
