Our shipping process is efficient and reliable, ensuring that your order is delivered to you as quickly as possible. We offer worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy our unique and fun travel-themed products for young explorers.

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and package your items. We are committed to help protect our planet and only make products to order. We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days after the time of purchase unless where stated. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Once your order ships, arrival times will vary depending on your location but usually fall within 7-14 days from date of leaving our factory. If you live outside of Australia, your package may take up to 21 days from date of shipping. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

These charges come directly from the country of destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties differ between countries. Due to this the fees are paid by the recipient of the items. You may have to pay local duties at the time of arrival.
